Silent Door workflow kit - pilot v1
Python 3.12+; standard library only. Review source before running.
Not a security scan. No content packing, model calls or automatic upload.

1. Run python demo.py for an authored offline example. No network calls.
2. Run python workflow.py inventory PROJECT > manifest.json
Save output OUTSIDE PROJECT under a new filename: > can overwrite files.
Only names/types are read. .git, node_modules, .venv, venv and __pycache__
directories are pruned. gitignore is NOT interpreted; inventory is not
declared complete. Limits fail closed, never silently truncate.
Use a trusted, stationary directory. This is not a filesystem sandbox.
3. Review manifest.json: relative names can also be confidential.
Only after permission to send those names to silent.aibitious.com:
   python workflow.py request manifest.json --consent-send-filenames > result.json
No file contents, repository URLs or API keys are sent. Redirects refused.
4. Run python workflow.py plan manifest.json result.json > plan.json
Digest binds the exact list, not file contents. Review contents locally
and get separate permission before any sharing. readyToShare stays false.

All kit service calls are marked X-Silent-Door-Operator-Test: true and
excluded from organic usage statistics. A download is not an agent or a
completed task. The offline example is not an independent benchmark.
This is not a Repomix plugin: do not turn filenames blindly into glob patterns.
There is no auto-update, installation script, telemetry endpoint or callback.
The service has ordinary request metadata telemetry, not file-content access.
Remote service advantage over a local filename filter is not established.
